Even though my car is black in colour, still need to have a black base sticker. Was told no issues except cannot just paste the numbers directly onto the bumper, needs to paste on a black background base sticker then can. Not from LTA but i just went for my car inspection, car with sticker VIN pasted directly onto my bumper. That means the sticker is pasted onto the front plastic bumper where the usual metal licence plates are expected to be, same for the rear metal boot licence plate placement location.ģ.
